Young at Heart is for anyone 55 and older, we get together and have food, play music, talk and just enjoy fellowship with one another. It is truly a wonderful time and a blessing to our souls. For more information about Young at Heart please contact Sis. Lori Dossett.

Young at Heart was founded by Brother Danny Kirkwood and Sister Sue Kirkwood many years ago. They developed a love for this ministry and fellowship with anyone who joined, in the good times and bad times. It was many times the Young at Heart ministry that kept its members going. Through laughter and tears they gathered together for dinners, guitar playings, fish fries, etc. Some have even come back to Christ through Young at Heart gatherings. 

Brother Danny Kirkwood went home to be with Jesus on January 5th, 2026. While He is now in Heaven he remains in our hearts and memories, including those Young at Heart gatherings.
